Value for money, comfy location. Overall very nice and nicely presented accommodation with well organized staff in assisting on how to get around Melbourne. Location short walk to the train station and other major tourist attraction as well as the city centre and the Airbus connection to the airport. Also, near all the restaraunts.
Breakfast poor.

Location
Bedding, doona & top sheet short. Breakfast less than basic and some items not being replenished. Location of the "Reading lights" above the bed ensured both occupants of the bed had illumination with only one light. The property suffers from a minimalistic feel for the price.

Request housekeeping to clean the bathroom daily for a fresher stay, especially if you'll be there for multiple nights.

Convenient proximity to Southern Cross Station makes for easy access to transportation. The Executive Queen Suite offers a comfortable bed, a sizable bathroom, and a clean environment that suits any traveler looking for value.
The room showed signs of age, with a few maintenance hiccups like a loose shower handle and a toilet roll holder that detached from the wall. The air conditioning was inconsistent, leading to some uncomfortable moments, and the breakfast selection felt quite basic, lacking variety in meats and appealing options beyond bread and cereals. Both the shower and the tap water had a noticeable odor that wasn't too pleasant.

The location
Apartment had a septic smell wafting through, notified staff and they sprayed some disinfectant & air the room whilst we waited out side, the smell seemed to go but was back the next morning. Not a pleasant experience. We have stayed there quite a few times before with no complaints

The room was comfortable and n to too small for the four nights we stayed. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was awesome with trams close to get places and Etihad right across the road.

Location
Called for a room upgrade and was given it for $50 but only to find that the new room was exactly the same but with a few more dirty marks on the walls and carpet and a view of rooftops instead of a brick wall. Very basic breakfast which was still nice but with no paid choices.

No windows. Only window looked on to an internal space, looked on to by other rooms. No natural ventilation which a window would give.

The location was convenient and handy, for example, an interactive multilevel aquarium was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. You could walk to shopping malls and a market.
